Spa was good too. -Although not perfect, we really liked the room asigned to us because it was quiet and facing the pool and we had a pleasant rest. - Good food and varied buffet at breakfast and dinner. - Excellent location.

The hotel had a beautiful and peaceful garden with a cozy pool area that felt very private. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the old town. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and varied options every morning. The staff were truly one of the highlights: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The warm atmosphere in the evenings, especially with the live band performances, made the stay even more memorable. Even before booking, the team was responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions about the view and other details.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the beach and the bus station - it's in an excellent location. The staff are very professional, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room I was in was spacious, the bathroom as well.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the edge of beautiful streets, restaurants, shops and bars, but is isolated from any noise. 10 minute walk to the beach. It's a relaxing quiet hotel with a decent pool. Live entertainment on 2 nights. All rooms are well located most with pool view. Very clean hotel. No charge for fridges in room as some reviews stated. Cheap prices for drinks and food at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the Spa facilities. Really nice that were always just 2-3 other people. Not to crowded and you can actually relax. The massage that I booked was excellent and I highly recommend booking one during your stay.

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

The hotel, its quiet location just off town centre, atmosphere, clean and functional rooms, beds, grounds, the pool, the bar prices, cocktails and very friendly staff. Great value. Our third stay says it all.

Rooms were clean and had the necessary facilities. Beds very comfortable. Pool area lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of hot and continental foods. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Neptuno Tossa Venus S.P.A. in Tossa de Mar. The accommodation fully met everything that was advertised – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were very satisfied with our experience. The breakfasts were also excellent, with a nice variety and good quality. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
